Our most beloved Dad, Martin A.
Hunnicutt, of Bluff Dale, Texas, passed away April 20, 2002.
He was a
retired heavy equipment operator. He was 73. Martin was a long time resident
of El Paso, Bluff Dale, Grandbury and Clyde, Texas.
Born
January 23, 1929 in Wimberly, Texas.
He married
Virgie Lindsey in Dallas, Texas on July 19, 1948. She preceded him in death August
12, 1996. Several years later he married Evelyn Tally on May 6, 2000.
He is
survived by his wife Evelyn Hunnicutt; daughters, Polly League of Coos Bay,
OR., Sandra Pickett of White City, OR., Gail Hunnicutt of Denver, CO., Janice Cardwell of
Bluff Dale, TX; son, Bruce Hunnicutt of El Paso, TX. Three brothers: Willy Hunnicutt
of Woodward, Ok, L.J. Hunnicutt of Lipan, TX, Theo Hunnicutt of Lipan, TX and one sister
Norma Garland of GA. 10 grandchildren, including: Stephen Burnick of
Colorado; Daniel Pickett and wife Kristy Pickett of Oregon; David Pickett of Oregon;
Martin League and Danell Granstrom of Texas; Dominic Jarvis and Tamara of New Mexico;
Jonathan, Matthew and Joshua Hunnicutt of Texas, and 10 great grandchildren,
including Randall & Trynity Pickett the children of Daniel and Kristy Pickett of
Oregon.
Services
will be held on Friday April 26, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. in Parker Funeral Home, Baird, Texas.
